Hello world!

Hello Internet! My name is Charlie, and this is my online journal web log, or as the kids today call it, my “blog”! I am in my freshman year of college. I love music of all genres and styles (seriously, my iPod goes from Metallica, Led Zeppelin, and Alice in Chains to Michael Buble, Sara Bareilles, and Katy Perry). I’m also kind of a geek. I read lots of books, mainly fantasy and science fiction. I play alot of WoW. I was always one of those guys that said, “Why would you want to pay for a game every month? That’s just stupid!” Then, I downloaded the free trial, got hooked on it, and started paying every month! That is the meaning of irony my friends! On the opposite end of the spectrum, I am a huge football fanatic! I played defensive tackle in high school. I enjoy working out and lifting wieghts, even though I haven’t been to the gym in a while. I plan on starting back soon, though. Ok, this was my first blog! I hope you learned a little bit about me, and I hope you stick with me and read these things! Since this was my first one, I was a little nervous about what I wanted to write. I figured I would introduce myself and talk about me, obviously. That sentence probably should have gone at the top of the post, but like I said this is my first post and I didn’t know what to write about. I will try to write something everyday. I am going to try and write about funny things I see during the day or things that I find interesting, and I hope you find my musings as awesome as I do. So, I am signing off for now. See you later!
